    Staff from the reception to the hotel operators are largely incompetent, at least the dozen or so we met. Especially the mid-level is a problem. The bottom level staff were fine, but from there up, it was a disaster!...

    On check-in preauthorisation of 8800 ZAR still held on credit card. This is in addition to 8167.90 debited from card upon check out. Reception staff a joke.

    The hotel location is very good... walking distance (10 minutes) to water front shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel scenery is magnificent. Breakfast and other services were great
